CEO of OASES LLC, and Founding Director at the OASES Foundation Jasmine Michaels is an experienced integrative wellness facilitator, multifaceted creative, and sanctuarii developer with over a decade of experience in complex operational strategy and wellness-centered organizational design. Jasmine's passion lies working in both the public and private sector to craft beautiful, nature-based, wellness-centered Sanctuary spaces, and producing Integrative Programming while supporting holistic community transformation through regenerative investing. Half Nigerian and Half Indian, born in London, and raised in Miami, Florida, Jasmine began her journey in the creative arts as a professional vocalist, before her passion for creativity merged seamlessly with business design, leading her to earn a Bachelor’s in English Literature and a Masters of Science in Marketing, from Florida International University.

Jasmine’s diverse career is founded upon engagements with numerous prestigious establishments and leading entrepreneurs, including Lord and Lady Gage at Firle Place, Sussex, renowned, Vogue featured wedding dress design company Candy Anthony (London, Italy, Spain), Art Based mindfulness firm Inner Immersion, in BC Canada and Phoenix Arizona, and award-winning interior design firm Tara Rodriguez Interiors in London England. Her journey continued as Director of Fundraising and Public Relations at The Nascent Group in Chicago, where she helped burgeoning minority-owned businesses acquire funding, before launching Flow State Strategy, a wellness-centered business coaching firm aiding entrepreneurs in achieving work-life balance and professional success.

Jasmine’s quest for self-discovery and her passion for integrative wellness led her to a profound 4 month immersion at at Monte Sahaja in Portugal, under Advaita Vedanta Teacher Mooji, followed by a 300 hour certification as a Yoga Instructor under ISHKA Kankueb Yoga Founder Carlos Holguin. Further academic pursuits at the California Institute for Integral Studies honed her expertise, culminating in a second Master’s Degree in Women, Spirituality and Social Justice. However, in 2021, Jasmine was diagnosed with Lupus, a chronic autoimmune condition that shifted Jasmine's focus, inspiring her to cultivate a sense of personal oasis and find the organic thread between all of her passions. In 2023 Jasmine officially launched the Sanctuary Development firm OASES and its philanthropic arm, The OASES Foundation. Additionally, a continuation of her collaborations with The Nascent Group led to Jasmine co-founding the South Side Sanctuary through a POP! Plaza Grant from the Chicago DPD, launching Spring 2024. Jasmine is guided by values of Integrity, Clarity, Compassion, Creative Vision, and Peace.
